Same time recording
Last night I recorded two different channels at the same time and I was unable to watch another channel is this right .

Yep.
You only have two Satellite feeds, one for each live transmission.
You could have watched a third programme or film if it had been recorded. You could also download something from Anytime+ if you have this available.
