      Yes it is.
An ordinary sky Digibox can receive Sky programmes, which you can record from either Scart socket.

Can you suggest me suitable (preferably internal) video capture card?

It isn't just the built-in Satellite Tuner that you need, you will also need something to house your viewing card and software to decrypt the transmissions.

Viewing cards are currently paired with specific Sky STBs, so this would also make things harder.

The alternative is to just record the Freesat content.

I have one of these - [ame=http://www.amazon.co.uk/KWorld-PlusTV-210SE-Analogue-Remote/dp/B002A0NRO4]KWorld PlusTV 210SE DVB-T and Analogue PCI TV Card with Remote: Amazon.co.uk: Computers & Accessories[/ame] Note that you need an analogue card to capture from the box. I use the RF2 out on my HD box, I am not sure if this is available on the early boxes. Unfortunately I have not been able to get the analogue side working with Win7, although this may be possible, I have installed it in an XP PC.

It is not available at the moment with Amazon, but may be available elsewhere, it was actually dispatched from 7day shop..
