      No Channels

Yesterday I had trouble switching from one channel to another on my new sky+box so I took the plug out that controls the box for about a min and all was well when the box was connected is this the right way to go about this problem, and how often does this happen.

      Re: No Channels

      It shouldn't happen at all.

Reseting your Sky+ STB was probably a good move though.

Keep an eye on things and report back if it happens again.

If it does, could you describe your set up a little as well, for example do you have your own dish or do you have a communal dish?
