Basic Sky upgrade possible?
I look after my mother-in-law's Sky TV package, she has a basic Sky box we got some time ago, so no Sky +, only basic channels, but has broadband and phone, but not line rental.
She wants to switch to Sky Line rental so I wondered if I could get her upgraded to a Sky+ box with some kind of 12 month contract renewal?
Any idea's really appreciated..

Check what her upgrade choices are on-line.
Sign onto the Sky website, log in and click on the 'My Sky' & look at the drop down menu under the heading 'Upgrade'.
It depends on what she has at present and what Sky offers are available as to what she will be offered.
