    Call to upgrade on playback

      Are you sure it was not from the opposite end

      I find it hard to believe that it would take Sky 5 or 6 months to apply what is really a simple change. Lets say you are just on Entertainment and want to add the + pack, would it take them months to do it? Admittedly, with millions it might take a bit longer, but with a spread sheet of subscribers and a computer a good operative could put the settings in force in under a week.

      I could do it with an Oracle database interface for a small fee.

      PS I didn't see any recent additition to Discover Realtime's selection of four.

      Confirmed here as well, still showing Variety and Childrens.

      I did also note this message at the top of my account package page:

      "Please note that on 1 September you were moved to one of our new Packs, Sky Entertainment or Sky Entertainment Extra, so you could begin to enjoy our new channel line-up. The Pack names you see on the page below and on your bill may still reflect our old Packs. Please bear with us while we update our systems."

      I guess 'at some point' anytime+ will sort itself out.

      The exciting sky-computer update has started it seems..

      My SKY Account now shows (against Pack): "Entertainment (Activation Required)", whatever that bit in brackets means...

      Anyway, seems I can now download Discovery RT stuff on Anytime+, but only stuff they added after September. Tommy Walsh's plumbing will remain a mystery....

      UPDATE - all shows previously mentioned as unviewable are now viewable in anytime+

      I assume related to sky ccounts now properly reflecting their new entertainment pack status.

      So now we can enjoy Tommy's plumbing....
