      Yes of course.

      I select download, it downloads, it says available, I say "play"....it says "programme epg not available" or something mean & horrible anyway

      Then I select delete and swear.

      Hi Tom,

      Even if you download content from the affected channels now it is not viewable.

      Could someone give me a channel/program they can't get so I can try it? I don't have a Sports sub so can't get them.

      Discovery Realtime - Tommy Walsh's thingy series (sorry can't remember exact name but you'll see his progs there)

      But I think you'll only find a prob if you did NOT have access to this channel before Sep 1, i.e. you did not have style & culture pack.

      I can still watch regular progs on it though

      It specifically appears to be affecting:

      • Disc.RealTime
      • Home & Health

      Only those who did not previously subscribe to these channels prior to September, but have gained them in the subsequent reshuffle when Entertainment+ was launched.

      As for Sky sports, I don't have that either.

      I have got both of these. Previously I had Entertainment, Kids, News and Documentaries. I didn't have Music or Lifestyle. Can't find Music or Lifestyle in the current list.

      Thanks Tom. I've just attempted to download one of the fresh entries and it has worked.

      The ones that I downloaded in September still do not work so i guess that they will have to be replaced.

      I gots some interesting information from the horse's mouth for y'all

      (well actually from a nice Scottish technical guy at Sky)

      The problem is that as far as their system-that-feeds-anytime+ is concerned, I'm still on the Variety pack and so that's why I can't anytime+ the "extra" channels. It will take up until January for the millions of accounts to be updated to their correct pack (entertainment or entertainment+)

      This now makes perfect sense as my account (accessed online or via interactive) still says "Variety".

      I dinne like mysteries, Jimmy...so that's a wee bit better
