      Not sure if you had the answer to this but you are right, when you record something you have to subscribe to the channel at the same time. S in your case as you were not a subscriber to the channel in August then you would not be able to view it. It seems strange but this is how it works apparently.

      Update:

      I called Sky today and spoke with someone over this issue.

      The response was to say that apparently this problem is being fixed and that systems were being updated on a rolling basis.

      I pointed out that my Sky STB was apparently updated a few days ago and it still does not work.

      I was expecting a call back, but this hasn't happened yet.

      So unfortunately I can only suggest that people either wait a little longer or call Sky to chase this themselves.

      Further update:

      I've called Sky again this evening and I have been advised that they are aware of this problem. Essentially they are working to resolve it and will issue an update as and when they can.

      It affects much of the Anytime+ access for channels that you did not previously subscribe to.

      In my case this means that I can't view anything downloaded through Anytime+ from the Disc.RealTime & Home & Health channels.

      I can view & record any broadcast content from these channels.

      wow, exactly my problem channels, they have cocked those 2 up, cos i can do anytime+ for good food which I did not subscribe to pre 1 sep

      I'm interested to hear if anyone has had this problem solved?

      I too have been suffering the same issues and gave up contacting sky about it around 3 weeks ago.

      Anyone at all get it sorted???

      This is still an outstanding issue. I do check my STB every few days to see if I can play the content that i downloaded, but it still does not work.

      If you wish to call Sky and chase it up, please feel welcome. If you can report back too it would be gratefully received.

      Frustratingly Discovery Home Channel has not added any anytime+ progs since September, so I can't tell if NEW (post entertainment pack change) stuff can be viewed.

      There is nothing to stop you deleting what you have and downloading it again

      No I just mean what they show on anytime+ for that channel (Disc Home) is not playable even though I subscribe to it. I have nothing downloaded for it.

      You have to download the program from Anytime+, or at least part of it, to be able to watch it, or am I misunderstanding something?
