      Remote record help im stuck

      Afternoon all

I have just got myself a new iphone and i am trying to setup the remote record via the app but it does not appear to be working. I signed in on the app with my sky id fine and i then signed into mysky via the website and it states my remote record has been setup. I have 2 boxes one sky+ and one HD, the thing is i never got to assign what box i want to send the record to. To test it out i tried to record the tennis this afternoon it says its been sent but none of my boxes seem to be recording it.

Any ideas how to go about assigning a certain box and do i even need to? I have not got my 2 boxes conected to the telephone socket at the mo as the 2 extension sockets have packed up so im in the process of installing 2 new ones, does this record service need an active phonelive to the sky box to work im thinking?

hope you can help many thanks

      EDIT

I have just checked my sky tv pack on my account and for some reason its only showing that i have a sky+box, i ordered multiroom around 2 months ago and got a free hd box without hd subscription and this hd box does not appear to be on my account? The HD box works fine and all the HD channels work to

When I set up remote record via the web part of the install involved connecting both boxes to the phone line to activate the service. Once activated and working the record requests to the box are all sent via satellite not the phone.

Login to Remote Record via the sky website, using the same userid and password that you use on your iPhone. You will need to select the viewing card number that you wish to send your remote record requests to whenever you login via your iPhone. Save your changes and logoff. Then try Remote Record from your iPhone again. That should do it...

(There doesn't seem to be a way to select which viewing card number that you wish to send your remote record requests to, if you have more than one box, from the iPhone app - only from the website!)
