    Help for an old guy please

      Help for an old guy please

      Hi, looking for some help. My father-in-law, who is over 80, revcently signed up for a sky package...I've no idea why, as he only ever watches BBc1 and ITV.

      Worse still, his eyesight is so bad that he cannot see to manipulate the sky controls, so all he is watching is BBC1 & ITV, through hos normal signal...not even getting the benefit of HD!

      Question - who can I contact to get this contract terminated? surely this is miss selling?

      any advice should be appreciated

      It sounds like you will need to go through cancellations.

      Call: 08442 410 266

      Due to Data Protection, you'll need to do this in his presence. They will ask to confirm with him that it is alright to discuss the matter with yourself.
