Hi..Can someone help please.? I am trying to Record to DVD Removable Disc[Samsung DVD-RW]which I have connected up to my TV and Amstrad DRX280 SKY+ Box as per the Diagram in The SKY+Amstrad User Manual.
IE TOP SCART from VCR/DVD SKYBOX TO SCART SAMSUNG DVD
RF LEAD from SAMSUNG DVD TO RF /ARIEL TV
RF LEAD from SAMSUNG DVD to RF SKY + AMSTRAD
SCART FROM AMSTRAD SKY+ TV to AV1 SCART TV
FREEVIEW ARIEL Connected TO ARIEL IN AMSTRAD SKY+ BOX
When I try and record a programme from the Planner ie
When in Planner/Recorded programme list I highlight programme I wish to COPY Press Copy Button PRESS Select on REMOTE SKY asks me to ensure DVD is in record then asks me to PRESS Select to start to record.I press record on DVD which starts to record. The programme I want to record starts and this is shown on the TV.
When the recording has finished,I finalise the DVD and Discover that The Recorder has recorded a Freeview programme!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Needless to say I am completely a a loss now..and so are Sky!
Is there a simple solution?
Any help appreciated Michael
