Hi,
I have just installed a new DRX595 HD non sky plus box, I noticed that the blue button does not auto scroll favourite channels as my existing sky plus DRX890. I thought it was a faulty remote, as both remotes are the same I tried my sky plus remote on the box and it still did not scroll. I have to repeatedly press blue to go through favs.

Is this a common problem?

I would appreciate some advice as I may need to return the box if it is a box problem.
