Sky Box Office Unavailable
My auntie's Sky HD box has been re[porting for a couple of weeks that Box Office is unavailable please try later.
Can't seem to find any sources on troubleshooting for this error.
She's only got a single line in to the sky box (although it has worked before under this configuratrion.
There's also no phone line connected.
Can anyone give me some links or pointers on how to diagnose the issue?

If she hasn't got it connected to a phone line how does she usually pay for anything she has watched as this is usually done by the box calling out to Sky.

If she has no phone connected then she has exceeded the credit limit on her account because the box can't charge her for what she has watched allready.
