      Magic Eye Problem

      Hi,
Any help required please, have had sky for a number of years now and updated to Sky HD 12 months ago, have the HD box linked direct to TV in lounge. Have had two separate TV's in other rooms which both have a Magic eye in order to control the Sky box. One of these has stopped working, can still view sky on the TV O.K, but I am unable to turn on or do anything via the remote and the Magic eye. The red light is on on the magic eye and the remote works fine on the box direct and the other magic eye. Help required please.

      Regards
      Andy

Try swapping the 'eyes' over and see if the position reverses. It is possible the eye is faulty.

      Re: Magic Eye Problem

      1. Possibly an incompatibility. What splitter are you using?
      2. It's possible that decoupling the lead between the "eye" and the TV will be necessary.
