      Customer Service via Sky Active probs

      Anyone having problems accessing Sky Customer Service via the Sky box? I've been getting "Error code 104" message since a few days... happens on both my boxes

      That's usually a phoneline connection problem. Check the settings in the Signal menu. It should say 'telephone line connected'. Maybe something in the setup has become disconnected, maybe a microfilter is duff.

      Thanks for your suggestions Kenedin. Tried all that - settings were what they were supposed to be, changed the microfilter - same result. Weirdly enough, today the boxes connected again. Seems to have sorted itself. One of those things I guess
