Customer service problem.
Hi
I got sky installed around 18months ago and it all went without a hitch, However:
Onthe date of my first due bill they didn't take any money (direct debit) so I got intouch and asked when they will be taking it, The lady on the phone explained it wouldn't be taken until a month after it was installed, Slightly confused I left it at that and waited a week.
I checked my online sky account and I was now over 2 weeks past my billing date and still not charged so I sent an email and was told again I would be billed a month after installation...fast forward 2 months and still nothing so I phone again, I explained I'm receiving sky and not been charged and was passed onto a supervisor he said "you don't have sky" I told him I'm watching sky sports "well I don't know what to say" was his response..
I have emailed two more times since then but i got nowhere.
Now for the problem (free sky can't he bad) I'm wanting to buy a skyHD box That my brother is selling but how can I link the card?
I phoned them but "your not a customer" obviously.
I phoned the add channels number and asked if I could add movies..."sure, as soon as your installed and you receive your card movies will be available with the rest of your package"
Any advice please?

If you are not recognised as a customer, why not sign up as new one? See what happens.

Ha that's actually a simple solution
May be the only option I guess if I want a HD box.
