Sky TV Query
Yesterday I phoned Sky up wanting remove my sports package. I only had Sports Package 1 (just Sky Sports1) and said I couldn't afford to keep having it. Then they offered me a deal saying that if I upgraded to the whole sports package then they could do that free of charge. I went ahead with this.
When I log into My Sky and go onto upgrade my package it says my total cost is 47.25(inclding £7.50 Broadband). Before it was like £38 and surely then I have not been given a free upgrade?

Did you agree to this there and then? If you didn't and later tried to upgrade online, you would be charged to full amount. If you did agree on the phone, check your actual Account on the MySky page and see what you are being charged there.Then they offered me a deal saying that if I upgraded to the whole sports package then they could do that free of charge. I went ahead with this.
