Magic eye problem
Hello.
8 days ago i upgraded to Sky+HD.
The box is downstairs and i have a lead from rf2 out to a tv upstairs with a magic eye on it. The lead from downstairs went into a splitter and 1 lead to my bedroom and the other to another room with no magic eye.
I wanted to put anothe magic eye into other room. I bought a Konig sky splitter with dc bypass and replaced the other splitter. The new splitter only has F connectors so i changed the old leads to F connectors.
Now i get a picture in the upstairs rooms but cant control the box downstairs. The box has rf out enabled and there is power there if i plug the magic eye into the back of the box.
I took off the new splitter and replaced with old one and connectors and it works ok but not the othe magic eye in the other bedroom.
Any ideas please or do you think the new splitter maybe broke?
Vince.
