Unable to recieve cartoon network, CN+1 and boomerang?

      Hi,

I am not receiving a signal for cartoon network, CN+1 and boomerang on my Sky HD box all of a sudden. All other channels are OK.

I've checked the dish alignment and it's fine. Signal strength and quality all looks good. With 100% signal strength and about 85% quality.

I've also performed a box reset in desperation with no luck.

Has anyone got any bright ideas?

      Thanks

      Paul.

All these channels are on 12051 V

Could be a dish, cable or box fault. Best way of telling is to take your box to a neighbour, and see if it works on their dish. Water in the cable can affect just one frequency, but so can a faulty LNB. The LNB is easier to change in most circumstances.

Try changing over the LNB cables (with the power to the Sky box switched off) - does this make a difference ?
