sky+ hd communial dish problems

I have recently had sky + HD installed, I live in a apartment block with communal dish and one feed into each block- I was aware that you could only record what channel is on etc, However, had the box installed and everything was fine, could pause, rewind, record, anytime was showing etc, However one night about 2 weeks after installation the box had the message System Fault HP-52J.

Called sky who came out and replaced the box, Ok for a couple of days but now I have more problems
• all recordings fail,
• the EPG just says programme synopsis not available
• If i pause TV the box switches itself off and comes up again with the message System Fault HP-52J

I’ve done countless re-builds, system re-sets etc and now really starting to frustrate me, can any suggest anything that can help.

The set up is on a single lnb as well, anytime is off

Just don’t understand why it used to all work fine but no longer does.
