Quitting sports 2
I went onto 'MySky' because I want to quit sports 2, however it seemed impossible to do this online?
I've noticed with Sky you can buy things online, - but apparently not the opposite.
Is it the inevitable call and loads of waiting to talk to some young thing, who fails to follow your wishes, or is it possible via the website, but made hard to find?

If you use the 'contact sky' option making sure you ignore the auto response that you first get, then it is possible to amend your package with email.

It has always been the way that you can upgrade your channels online but not downgrade, I guess this is because they will try and get you to change your find or even offer you something if you call them up. On the other hand now that you have to wait 31 days I can't see a reason why you shouldn't been able to drop channels online if you are dead set will cancelling them.
