Strange Sky+HD Behaviour
Hi All,
First time poster here - hello!
We're experiencing som strange behaviour with our recently installed Sky+ HD box that I hope you might be able to help with....
The first is that the Sky info bar does not dissapear when we switch to CBeebies, it just stays on screen. All other channels it dissapears after 5 seconds but with CBeebies & CBBC it stays on.
The second issue that started this morning is when you use the arrows on the Sky remote to browse the channels the info bar tells us the program that is on that channel incorrectly. It shows the next program in the schedule as being on now, it does not show the currently on program. If you press select you get the remind options.
Has anyone else experienced these issues? Do you know if there is a fix as they are quite annoying!
Thanks in advance
Steve

Re: Strange Sky+HD Behaviour
Try a planner rebuild. Press Services on the remote then press 0,0,1, without a pause, then press Select. Press 7, then press Select twice to start the re-build.

Re: Strange Sky+HD Behaviour
I have a similar problem and it also extends to the tv guide where there are random blank spaces instead of listings for the programme that is currently on. If i try and scroll down the guide, I can't access these spaces and instead it puts me into the next programme that is on later and tells me, incorrectly, that it has started. There doesn't seem to be any pattern - the blank spaces change everytime I look at the guide.

Re: Strange Sky+HD Behaviour
I've just done a Sky+ rebuild and it looks to have done the trick thanks!
The incorrect program listing has gone away and will have to check the Cbeebies Info Bar tomorrow as unfortunatley they have all gone to bed and theres no programmes on.
Thanks again
Steve
