New Sky Channels/Old Virgin Media Channels

Sky have now bought all Virgin Owned Channels including Challenge, Bravo, Living etc and they are going to offer them free to Sky customers as they know longer have to pay a carriage fee to Virign.

With this being the cash are they going to Free to View, e.g only available with sky viewing card or will they be free to air so they can be added on a freesat box?

Knowing Sky you would probably have to pay to access them perhaps through the entertainment mix or something, I can't see them allowing them to be free in anyway.

you are reading into it incorrectly.

Sky now own the channels, yes, but they have always charged for the channels. They are included in the entertainment package. You will still need to pay for the variety pack to get the channels.

Well thats how I read the announcement anyway. There was no mention of making the channels free-to-view anywhere
