Low Signal Quality
Hello,
The first engineer came out to say the end of the LNB wire was twisted over the box and he stripped it... fixed the problem when he was here but came back after an hour...
Second engineer has just came to replace the box with a panasonic, worked when he was here and an hour later its knocked back off again...
Luckily enough I havent been charged for both times, but how can i get this resolved? the sky engineer said he can't replace the LNB wire and you would have to get a local guy to fix it...
I have another box downstairs which is working perfect, its just my multiroom that is affected...
any help or suggestions?
thanks in advance!

Re: Low Signal Quality
Switch boxes from upstairs/downstairs etc and see what happens. Make sure the boxes are switched off at the mains when disconnecting/reconnecting cables.
