      FAILED RECORDINGS Please help

My Sky+ recordings of series links have all just failed in the last 2 weeks

The channels this happens on are:

      Living
      Living+1
      Hallmark
      Hallmark+1
      DivaTV
      DivaTV+1

I have unplugged and done the waiting bit

I have done a planner rebuild

I have tried to press the record button on the channels im getting FAILED on (to test after planner rebuild), but when I press the Record button, the Record Once or Record Series does not come up and the red R does not appear next to the program listing as it always used to, but when I look back to what I have just tried to record it now has the red R button.

If I try to record a channel that does not fail, the R comes straight on

I have also just changed channel and the sky box crashed again after reboot

I have just cancelled one of my series links and then tried to series link it again but again when I press the Record button, the Record Once or Record Series does not come up and the red R does not appear next to the program listing as it always used to, but when I look back to what I have just tried to record it now has the red R button.

I have just deleted all series links and created them again BUT the series link box does not come up for Hallmark, Hallmark+1, Living and Living+1

Please can anyone tell me what to do next to rectify this please

Maybe the box has a fault that can only be corrected by replacing it?

      1) Switch your digibox on

      2) In sequence, press on your remote 'SERVICES > 4 > 0 > 1 > SELECT' (this will access the hidden menu)

      3) full systemreset that should sort i out

      Re: FAILED RECORDINGS Please help

I had a similar problem with series links which was only cured by replacing the hard drive (although I suspect that wiping the drive would have worked too).
