sky+box overloaded???
hi everyone im new to the forum and what a great place im glad ive found you!!!
i was wondering if anyone can help my daighter went away on holiday and set her sky+ to record several programmes,now for some reason its gone over the 100% and it just wont work she says she tryed resetting it but it didnt work,does anyone have any other ideas please,,

If you mean the space for recording programmes is full then you need to delete some of the recordings. You should find an option that allows the Sky+ box to delete the oldest recordings automatically so it is never completely full and so will record whatever is chosen - however you have no control over what is deleted. I regularly go through the Planner and delete recordings we have watched and don't wish to retain. You will find the Planner by pressing the green button whilst looking at the programme guide - then highlight the programme and press the yellow button to delete.
If you upgrade to the Sky+ HD box you will have a lot more space for recordings.
