can't change channels
hello everybody. have a problem with either my remote or sky+hd box. remote won't operate box although led illuminates when buttons are pressed. which one is faulty?. remote no. is G083401, box no. is DRX 780 UK ( amstrad ). problem came on suddenly, and new batteries haven't made a difference.
any help is appreciated.

Reboot the box at the mains. Make sure you press the 'Sky' button on the remote to use the digibox functions.
