Hello. I am new, and I have a question! :)
I am having Sky+ installed tomorrow. I have been a Sky digital customer for 8 years, but my digibox broke on Thursday - My 14 month old Daughter accidently spilled juice on it. Sky have offered us Sky+ to replace it for just £15!
My question is, will the engineer have to change my existing dish or will he just fit a new box? The only reason i ask this, is because I had new windows fitted last year, and I only just noticed that the dish cable was somehow 'cemented' into place by the window fitters!

Same dish if it's working well and probably a new LNB onto the dish with a cable run to the box as Sky+ needs 2 feed cables instead of 1.
