      Loss of colour through Sky box

      Hi
      TV has lost its colour - is this symptomatic of the Sky box or another problem?
      Service is through Virgin who don't want to know.

      Check the scart plugs are in correctly, this can cause the issue.

      Is it on normal TV via the aerial as well?
