      My Sky and Sky Interactive (through digibox)

      I know Sky had a problem where you could not upgrade online - however, I haven't been able to make changes/upgrade packages online for over a year now. Sky are currently modernising their website but I still can't upgrade, view or change my package online.

      Also, before going HD on my Sky+ box, I could not upgrade or view my bill through Sky Interactive (through my Sky+ box)... just get an onscreen error. I reported this to Sky and after weeks of talking to various departments, was eventually told they had no idea why. They suggested that when I had HD put in, to ask the engineer - he had no idea either. I still can't do this through my new Sky+ HD box.

      My phone line is fine and can vote interactively (such as X-Factor and I'm A Celeb) with no problem at all. Is anyone else having these problems?

      Update: I can no longer vote through the red button - for any programme...

      My box states it's connected to the phone line... please can someone help?

      There's not much in the way of diagnostics for the phone connection. Is the box connected via a broadband filter (I assume you have broadband) ?
