      Upgrading to Sky+HD...?

      I ordered a new Sky+HD box with Sky Movies today, I wanted to upgrade from my free Sky TV box. I then received my confirmation email. However, I don't want it anymore, sounds stupid I know! Anyhow, I sent an email to Mysky/Sky Help Centre and received the automated reply, so I should get a reply. But I'm worried that I won't be able to cancel it. It's literally been 5 hours since I ordered.

      I wanted to know the following just for my conscience:
      Can I cancel the upgrade even though I accepted the terms just today?
      Do you suggest I wait?
      And, is that the right email for cancellation?

      I am pretty sure you should be able to cancel. Why not ring them and do it over the phone for your own piece of mind?

      You can cancel, I believe you have something like 4 or 5 days to change you mind, just give them a ring and they should be able to do this for you.
