Engineers code??
Can any body tell me how to get into the engineers menu. I have a new Sky+ box and the codes given do not work. (401, 101). The problem I have is poor sound on my kitchen TV via RF out and was told it can be turned up in the above menu

On the remote, press Services, 4, 0, 1 & Select. There is no onscreen response as you press the '0' & '1', just press the sequence and you will get to the Installers Setup..

Thanks for your reply. Got there in the end by keying '101 select' but there is no option to turn up volumn. Any further help?

Volume control gone in the new EPG, and it looks like no plans to bring it back either.
I'm a PC, and Windows 7 Backup saved my sanity when BitDefender imploded !!!

If it's a Sky+ ( not HD ), press Services>System Setup>Sound Settings, highlight Volume and adjust Left/Right accordingly.
