      Sky Listings

I get the Sky Highlights e-magazine each week and if I see a programme I would like to watch, I click on it and follow the links to find the time and channel the program is on. I am then taken to Sky Listings but, invarably, when I do a search for the programme, I get "No results".

As an example, in today's Highlights, there is a link for a Simon Callow programme called "Classical Destinations" which is to be shown on Sky Arts 2 on Sunday at 7.00 pm.

I was asked to log in for remote record but, having done so, I got the message that the programme and, in fact Sky Arts 2, could not be found!

Will someone please explain if I am doing something wrong or how I can get round this problem, please.

I have never used remote record, but it is on channel 257, 7.00.pm Sunday, if that is any help.

Hi I also have not used the remote record. I usually look at Sky Anytime and then copy to disc and then serial link
