      Re: virgin1 screen flicker problems

      sky are an absolute ******* joke,

      I spoke to a guy from an indian call centre who actually was quite helpfull and theought he knew the fix , unfortunatley I was at work, but he suggested he could talk me throguh a procedure to correct or check the frequencies for that channel, as he thought virgin channels where messed up.

      So on ringing when I got in, got some dumb northern bint on the line who read from a script and didnt have the ******** foogiest idea what she was doing, except keep me on hold,

      Suggested changing from PAL to RBG ot RBG to PAL
      then suggeseted rebooting the box
      then suggested to send an engineer round.

      when I said about the previous guy, I'm sorry I dont exactly know, I'll get you the frequencies do you know how to put them in ,........ errrm NO

      let me find out

      toss****s

      does anyone know how I can get back my virgin channels, withut having to ring back to chat to my mate in Delhi ????????

      thanks

      Yes I do but to be honest, with the attitude and foul language you have shown in this post I would rather not tell you.

      No matter how difficult you think it is to deal with a CS rep, ther is not need for that. Treat others how you wish to be treated is what my mother would say.
