Sky multiroom for existing sky user

I have been thinking of adding multiroom but can not get a clear picture of costs. How much is install and a sky+ box to get multiroom? I know it's 10 more fees. Currently have skyhd if that makes any difference.

If you just want to watch sky on a TV in another room tvLINK is a great little tool to do this. You can access all your channels and use your sky remote. But if you need it so someone can watch a different channel in another room you'll need multiroom.

See here tvLINK - Products - tvLINK

I use a tvlink at the moment. V useful. What I need though is the ability for separate channels - so multiroom. I find the info on the sky site confusing as it seems to move between new and existing subscribers. What I would like to know is the cost of a second sky+ box with installation running on multiroom.
