HELP: Sky Premium Channels have not been working for a month

      Looking for some help folks,

We got a new sky box from ebay a few weeks ago as one of our current ones failed. We phoned sky to active the card on the new box and for some reason they could not do it, they said they had to send out a new card.

We are now 5 weeks down the line and we still do not have a new card and when phoning sky they keep saying it's an IT problem and they can't tell us when it will be sorted. They will not let us escalate it or talk to any supervisors or mangers. We have been on to cancellations and every department possible (except the elusive 'IT')

      HELP!!!!! What can we do?

Just cancel and sign up again a few days later using a different surname, maybe the wifes maiden name.
