BBC1, ITV, Channel 4, Five all missing

This morning I switched on my Sky and none of the above channels were working. If I type in 101 it simply says channel unavailable, and none of the channels show in the TV guide. All the regional variations are also gone.
Still receive BBC2 though for some reason, and BBC3/BBC4 etc, and all other non-terrestrial channels we normally get such as E4, Film4.
      Any idea what is happening?

I'd turn the Sky box off, unplug it from the mains supply, wait 30 minutes and then plug in and let it reboot.

30 minutes? 10 seconds should do it!

Yes, should have been 30 seconds. However the extra 29 minutes won't do any harm!

When doing the above leave the card in.

I was told my Sky that taking it out can stop the regional variations getting to the box as it is your card that tells the box where you are in the country.

      Thanks, its working again.
I had to do it twice though for some reason. First time it gave me BBC 1 London instead of Midlands, and didn't give me Five back, but after doing it again everything is back to normal.
