Optical Cable - Through Sky+ Box or TV?
Hi, simple question for you techies out there.
I have my sky+ box connected to my tv through a scart cable.
I intend to connect my sky+ box to my 5.1 amp through a optical cable.
Would i get sound from amp speakers alone, or will i hear sound from tv also?
(I actually want to get sound from both (Amp speakers & TV)
What if i connected optical lead from amp straight to TV? would sound suffer?
Also, if broadcast is not 5.1, will i still get sound from all 5 amp speakers?
