Installing Sky+ Box In Daughter's Bedroom
Hi all,
At last, we now have our Sky+HD installed and it's the dog's chookies!! We now have a surplus Sky+ PVR3 box which I would like to install in my daughter's bedroom, if this is possible.
I don't want to subscribe to multiroom etc but ideally, I would like my daughter to be able to watch whatever she wants, not what we are watching.
All ideas, comments are appreciated.
Regards

Re: Installing Sky+ Box In Daughter's Bedroom
You will only get the free to air channels without multiroom and she will not be able to record or play anything.
It is an easy setup though, you only need to run in one cable if your not getting a subscription because you won't be able to record anyway.

Try an independent company. From experience I found them better and cheeper at setting up multi room Sky systems.
If you live in Birmingham or around the West Midlands try these guys:
Hope that helps.Last edited by NewsreadeR; 26-06-09 at 09:47 PM. Reason: Removed URL as it is obviously an advert. 3 Posts all with the same URL in.
