Sorry if I'm being thick, I have had a quick look on here but can't see anything about it, but has C4 + 1 been removed? Ch 135 is gone from the programme guide.

Thanks very much for replying - have you any idea why mine might have disappeared and how I can get it back? I tried services and add channels but nothing helpful there. E4 and More4 + 1's are still there, but that channel just seems to have vanished.

Sound what happen here is the viewing card loss the merrory for this channel for one reason or another. When you press the numbers 1 3 and 5 on the sky remote what message does it say, or do you see a picture? Here something to try below anyway.

From your information telling you have a digi box, switch on standby, switch of at wall, removed viewing card, switch on at wall with viewing card still out, 30 seconds on standby (red light) then switch on sky box and change to another channel and when asked insert viewing card.

Thanks very much, I will try that. When you press 135, it just comes up 'Channel unavailable'. I was wondering if it might be connected to everyone being sent a new viewing card, as we haven't received ours yet.
