Trying to upgrade to add movies
I just got off the phone to sky to add movies to my packs and am not sure why they wouldnt do it.
I have just got Sky HD with the Free HD mix for a month and also free sports 2 and sports 3 offer for 3 months that came with sky mag and the chap from sky said that i would lose these offers if i added the movies pack.
is this right?
I have tried to upgrade online but it didnt work.

TBH, I have seen a couple of posts on here, saying basically, if you are on an "offer" and you change your subs then you lose the "offer" - Prob best to wait 3 monts, as more than likely, you'll be able to talk them into a similar offer on the movies... I know I did - For 6 out of the last 13 months, we have had all the movies for an additional £5 per month over our 6 mix price
