Red Light
I cannot get the sky box to come on. I have taken the power lead out and allowed time .........but still only a red light.
Is there a reset function ......or any other advice welcome.
Wife away for four days..three kids...........sunny day but would love the TV for later

If it won't come on after being unplugged for 10 mins then I think you are in trouble have you tried unplugging the LNB feeds also. The only other thing you can try is a software update.
Unplug and hold down the backup button, then plug back in keeping the backup button pressed (on the receiver not the remote).
If it doesn't start and do a download then I think you are going to have to ring Sky and pay for a call. (£65).
