Manual for Sky+ 160 (Thomson DSI6210)
Hi,
I have mislaid the manual for my Sky+ 160 (Thomson DSI6210) receiver. Does anyone know where I could get a replacement (a PDF download would be fine)?
Sky said today that it cannot supply the manual and I should ask Thomson.
Thomson does not support the end user - I should contact the company that supplied it to me, i.e. Sky.
Isn't customer service a wonderful thing.JPL

I don't think there is a box specific manual, even the Sky+ manual supplied with an HD box has virtually identical content to the normal Sky+ box. There are probably Service manuals are available for specific boxes, but getting hold of one of these might not be easy.

The printed manual that came with the box referred in several places to the DSI6210 model, which I thought implied information specific to that particular receiver. Perhaps it wasn't - the generic manual may well contain all I might need. It would certainly be interesting to see a service manual, but that is not what I was looking for.
I guess it's time for a more careful search for the missing manual...
