does the entitlement take after subscribing to a new pack on sky?

I thought if you did it by the phone it was withing 4hrs although evertime I have done it it's been working before the call was finished.
Not sure on the website though but I would guess it's within a day.

They state it could take up to 24 hours but it's usually within minutes.
