Who at sky would I email about this? I have not made any order and neither have any of my family, so why have I received this email?
I had a look under 'my orders' on sky.com and there is nothing there.

Re: Is this email from sky?
Yes, quite right!
I had just come home from a hectic night shift and my first thought was that someone had ordered something from sky using my details.
I will email them and ask what the hell are they playing at.

Re: Is this email from sky?
It could be one department just catching up with your last order, which no one has told them was completed, maybe months ago
The funny thing is if you actually use that email address you will probably get a reply back asking you to use the KANA form

Re: Is this email from sky?
Probably a prank. Look at the email header to see the routing.

Re: Is this email from sky?
My last order was well over 12 months ago when I upgraded from Sky+ to Sky HD.
I suspect either a prank or someone has used my details.
I will look at the header and see if anything stands out.

Just got an auto response telling me that I should use an online form!
I wonder if it allows me to forward the original email?
If it was genuine why direct me to an online form when the email directs me to a normal email address?
