I emailed them and they rang me saying it must be a mistake as they have no record of me ordering anything.
After that phone call I received another email saying that the equipment would be installed today (Saturday). It included my details, but someone else's phone number.
I shall be nailing my front door shut!

Why not ring the number on the email and ask them if they know what is happening. Someone may be cursing Sky for the lack of communication about their order. Lets hope they do not cut you off in the process.
