Introduce a Friend Advice needed
Hi I have a friend who needs to order sky+, I see on the website that the current offer is £50 M&S vouchers which is great. However it does not say what the price of the sky+ box and installation will be for my friend, I know it used to be free is this still the case or are they now charging? and also could someone please advise of the procedure of doing this by phone as they do not have a PC thanks

sky+will be available to your friend on request but installation will be £30 not free
dont think they do recommend a friend on phone but recommend on your pc online set-up a free email account with google or hotmail for them access it from your pc and give them the phone number and access information from the email you retrieve and hey presto they phone sky request sky+ and arrange install
