      Channels stretching and zooming

Over the past 2 days or so. certain channels (gold, Watch etc) have stretched during programs. so far that the channel logo goes off teh screen edge, other channels are fine. Is there an easy way to cure this problem? I've looked at system setup, and at my TV settings, but the fact it's only some would suggest it's a sky thing
I have a 32" toshiba REgza, and a sky plus box.

I've heard about this problem, particularly after a recent Sky update ( I think ). Anyway, press TV on your remote, then press Play on it repeatedly to toggle through the different aspect ratios on your tv. You'll find the one you want.

      Hope that helps.

Coreservers, This will be of no use if the problem was caused by the
Sky upgrade. Hopefully others will suggest a solution.
I hate all forced upgrades, they usually muck up my computer!

However, I do not have your stretching problem on my
Tosh Regza 42” TV (WLT66 series) with a Thomson Sky+ HD box.
I can access 7 picture ratios via the Tosh remote and find
for the best picture I keep it on “Exact Scan”.
