I know Sky aren't a charity but when you've been with a company for nigh on 10 years & they want god knows how much to replace something you pay for monthly, it is quite bad in my eyes.

Anyway I've tried the fixes in the stickies at the top of the forums & none of those worked.
But you bought your own Sky box, with Virgin you rent the STB. You pay sky for the programs not for the STB. Its not your fault the box is broken, but its also not Skys fault. If your TV goes faulty, you pay to fix it or replace it.

At least with the second box you can work out whether the issue is box or LNB related. Put the card in the Pace and try the channels which arent working on the Panasonic. As far as I know its only premium channels which need a paired box and card.
