Sky Box has wrong local channels
Hi,
have got home from work tonight and found that sky channel 101 is showing news from london not my usual local northeast/west news. It was ok when i left the house this morning.
Anyone have any ideas why it has done this?

You need to ring Sky, they will sort it for you.

check the postcode is correct with skys system,

Occasionally a local newsroom has problems, quite often a fire alarm which prevents them from broadcasting. In which case the London local news is used as the default substitute. If you still have the problem today, call Sky, as suggested.

Do an Astra scan,
Services > 4 System Setup > Press 0 1 Select > 6 New Installation > When the scan completes press the Sky button.
Should sort it out mate - if you ring up and get free-to-air signals resentBT Infinity
