Sky+ HD one feed - definitive answer?
Hi,
I've read many conflicting reports on this fprum and others about the ability of Sky+ HD to work with a single signal feed. Is there a definitive official answer on the subject? I'm about to move into a new flat that has only one feed run from the block's communal dish. I'd be happy to have Sky+ HD without the ability to record a second programme while watching another but have read about this being awkward. Would an engineer even install Sky+ HD for me if he turned up to find only one feed?
Thanks in advance for any help
Jon

I think you've probably got the answers you need from this forum and all the others. The most recent thread about the subject on Sky User is here. There doesn't seem much point in re-posting everything.
Yes, the installer will fit your box with one feed, no probs.Panasonic TX-P50G10B, Onkyo HTS 3305, Sky+HD Thomson 4E3007 (with upgraded PSU & WD5000AVDS HDD),
